Abstract
This Regulation lays down several amendments to Regulation (EC) No. 302/2009 concerning a multiannual recovery plan for bluefin tuna in the eastern Atlantic and Mediterranean. The amendments concern the period during which purse seine fishing for bluefin tuna shall be prohibited in the eastern Atlantic and Mediterranean; prior notification of transfer to be submitted by the master of a catching or towing vessel or the operator of the farm or tuna trap; recording and reporting of tuna trap activities; transmission of inspection plans.
