Abstract
This Regulation lays down detailed arrangements for the financial contribution of the European Union to the budget of the European Maritime Safety Agency for implementing the tasks assigned to it in the field of response to marine pollution caused by ships and oil and gas installations, pursuant to articles 1 and 2 of Regulation (EC) No. 1406/2002.
