Act to amend the Act relative to procedures of environmental impact assessment (No. 59 of 1995).

The amendments of the principal Act concern the supervision of the regional environment centres (sect. 16), the right of appeal against decisions (sect. 17), and enforcement measures (sect. 18). The amendments are made in consequence of the transfer of tasks from the county councils to the recently introduced Regional Environment Centres.
