Abstract
The amendments to Chapter 16 concern exclusively the procedures of an action brought before the Water Court. If the action concerns a permit for projects in accordance with the Environment Impact Assessment Act, the applicant shall attach to the request an environment impact statement required by provisions of that Act. Section 23 concerns the contents of decision of the Court regarding impact assessment for projects.
