Abstract
This Act principally adds two new chapters to the amended Act concerning the supervision of trade within the European Communities (Chap. 5(a)), respectively the supervision of importation from and exportation to countries outside of the European Communities (Chap. 5(b)). Other provisions of the Act are amended in consequence of the newly introduced rules. The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry shall issue further rules both with respect to trade within the European Communities as with respect to trade with third countries.
