Act to amend the Private Forests Act (No. 479 of 1994).

This one section amendment concerns environment impact assessment statements in accordance with Act 468 of 1994. If the provisions of this Act shall apply to the cutting of forests, than there shall be a felling and afforestation plan be drawn up as foreseen in paragraph 3 of section 2 of the amended Act. The Forestry Office shall not take any decision on the approval of the felling and afforestation plan if they do not have also have in their possession the environment impact statement mentioned in it.
