Act to amend the Rural Activities Management Act (No. 364 of 1996).

This single-section amendment concerns the liability of the State versus approved credit institutions for losses incurred on credits granted in accordance with the Act. The Ministry concerned shall decide on approval of claims by credit institutions resulting from insolvency of the debtor and a possible guarantor. The amended provisions also deal with the sale of property given as security.
