Abstract
The Act amends the Seed Trade Act in section 16, which appoints the Food Safety Authority as the principal authority responsible for the enforcement of the principal Act and the Rules and Regulations issued under it. The Food Safety Authority shall engage other specified government bodies in its supervisory duties. In addition, the Food Safety Authority also monitors the control on the importation of seeds.
