Abstract
This Act amends the Forest Insect and Fungi Damage Prevention Act in section 7 concerning the release of biological pesticides from the air. If the Ministry doesn't take a decision on appropriate measures in accordance with section 6 of the principal Act, it shall grant to landowners the faculty to combat diseases affecting plants by spraying biological agents from the air in such manners as approved by the Ministry and at own expense.
