Abstract
The Act amends the Seed Trade Act in section 5 concerning the catalogue of plant varieties and criteria for inclusion in the catalogue. It also adds section 5a to the principal Act. This section institutes a Board (the "Plant Varieties Board") that shall decide on the inclusion of a variety in the catalogue.
