Abstract
This Act amends the Environment Protection Act in provisions concerning, among other things: granting of exemptions regarding volatile organic compounds; infringement of European Parliament and Council Regulation on substances that deplete the ozone layer and European Parliament and Council Regulation on certain fluorinated greenhouse gases; appeals against administrative decisions on the approval and the Safety and Chemicals Agency's decision pursuant to § 108 c; and requirements for operators that handle substances that deplete the ozone layer, and certain fluorinated greenhouse gases.
