Act amending the Environment Protection Act (No. 253 of 2010).

This Act amends the Environment Protection Act with respect to, among other things: Rules by the Council in order to prevent risk of contamination of the environment regarding also agriculture, livestock management, forestry and fish farming; municipal environment protection; the Environmental Protection Database; the requirements of environmental permits; exemptions from permit requirements for certain activities relating to treatment and recycling of waste; handling of complaints; registration of businesses; rules made by the municipal environment authorities.
