Act amending the Environment Protection Act (No. 273 of 2011).

This Act amends the Environment Protection Act in provisions concerning, among other things; municipal environmental protection and measures for improving the waters and the marine environment; surveillance monitoring program for waters or the marine environment status; assessment of significant pollution of the marine environment under § 42;regular adjustment of permit conditions under Council Directive (96/61/EC) concerning integrated pollution prevention and control; the right to institute proceedings by state organs in respect of obligations of municipalities concerning marine environment.
