Act amending the Environment Protection Act (No. 560 of 2012).

This Act amends the Environment Protection Act by amending sections 110a and 110b and by adding section 110c-f. The amended sections concern a Government decision on a national changeover plan to reduce emissions from incinerators and gas turbines with a fuel input of 50 megawatts in accordance with Articles 28, 32 and 41 of the European Parliament and Council Directive 2010/75/EU on industrial emissions (integrated pollution prevention and control). The new sections concern: the environmental permit for a facility covered by a Government Decision and emission limit values; preparation and procedures of a Government Decision; information required for facility operations and monitoring of compliance with a Decision; and change of a Government Decision.
