Act amending the Environment Protection Act (No. 588 of 2011).

This Act amends the Environment Protection Act with respect to a wide variety of matters and adds a new section 103c. The amended provisions concern, among other things: definitions of watercourse, limit values and effluent water; local environment requirements regarding effluent water; effluent water and quality of fishery waters; the right to discharge sewage on land of others (sect. 103c); environmental permits for discharge of wastewater, etc.
