Act amending the Environment Protection Act (No. 647 of 2011).

This Act amends the Environment Protection Act with respect to a wide variety of matters including: application sphere of the Act (sect. 2); general principles regarding activities that may bring about the risk of contamination (sect. 5); detailed rules governing specified activities that may bring about the risk of contamination (sect. 12); the Environmental Protection Base (sect. 27); environmental permits (sect. 28); exemptions from permit requirements (sect. 30a); waste treatment and collateral that must be pledged by an operator (sect. 43a); waste management and treatment (sect. 45); monitoring and control conditions (sect. 46).
