Act amending the Fisheries Act 286/82 (No. 1045/96).

These amendments concern fishing rights of residents for fishing in lakes and concession of fishing rights to third persons by owners of waters, fishing licences and fees for licences Section 11 specifies certain fish conservation measures which the Rural Activities District Offices may take. Section 12 concerns fishing rights of the State. Section 39 specifies certain conditions for the use gear. Sections 88, 89 and 107 concern fees for fishing licences and compensations to owners of waters for fishing in those waters paid by the Rural Activities District Offices.
