Act amending the Fisheries Act 286/82 (No. 1204/1992).

The amendments to provisions of the principal Act concern the administration and control of operations of Fisheries District Committees and other tasks in the field of fisheries which are delegated to the Rural District Offices in accordance with provisions of the Act relative to the Administration of Rural Activities (1199/92). The said Offices shall above all assist the Committees in their constitution and their work in the field of conservation of fisheries resources. (2 sections)
