Act amending the Radiation Safety Act (No. 1102 of 1992).

This Act amends the Radiation Safety Act in section 6 on supervision; in section 38 on guidelines on the use of medical devices; and in section 41 on mass medical examination involving radioactive exposure. The medical use of radiation is managed and monitored by the Radiation and Nuclear Safety Agency placed under the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health.
