Act amending section 50 of the Public Health Act (No. 327 of 2012).

This Act amends the Public Health Act in section in relation to fees that shall be paid by an operator for enforcement actions in relation with various activities carried out by control authorities including: a) supervision of compliance with the municipal control plan; b) supervision of compliance with rules that have been given on applications under section 18 of the principal Act and to such supervision and control of the quality of drinking water required by section 20; and c) the periodic monitoring of bathing waters as required by section 29.
