Abstract
This Act amends the Environment Protection Act in section 50 on the impact that certain plans mentioned in the Law on Water Resource Management have on assessment of significant pollution referred to in section 42 of the principal Act, which shall be taken into consideration when granting an environmental permit. It also amends section 52 concerning the content of a decision regarding a permit, again referring to water management and risk plans.
