Abstract
This Act amends the Act on Consumer Protection in Chapter 2 on customer relations and Chapter 7 on consumer credit. As for customer relations, section 18 empowers a provincial office to issue a prohibition in case of illegal practices. The section also provides with respect to subsequent legal procedures. Section 20 of the same Chapter concerns supervision of customer relations by the Ombudsman.
