Act No. 684 of 2012 amending the Act on Consumer Protection.

This Act amends the Act on Consumer Protection in: section 17 of Chapters 2 in relation to the power of the Consumer Ombudsman to issue a prohibition referred to in § 16 and interlocutory injunctions in the manner prescribed in § 10 of the Act on Competition and Consumer Authority; in section 3 of Chapter 3 in relation with the power of the Consumer Ombudsman to issue a prohibition in the sense of section 2 and interlocutory injunctions in the manner prescribed in § 10 of the Act on Competition and Consumer Authority; and in section 51 of Chapter 7 concerning powers of the Consumer Ombudsman in relation to consumer credits.
