Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, made under section 12 of the Act concerning animal diseases, implements provisions of Commission Decision 2008/908/EC authorising certain Member States to revise their annual BSE monitoring programme. The Decree amends article 12 on disease monitoring of cattle that died on farms and article 13 on disease monitoring of bovine animals that have been slaughtered, that has died or been killed in a slaughterhouse or that has died during the transport related to slaughter.
