Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry to amend the Decree on control on BSE affecting cattle (No. 5 of 2010).

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry amends the Decree on control on BSE affecting cattle in article 10 on epidemiological investigation and list of animals that may have been exposed to BSE infection, in article 12 on disease monitoring of cattle that died on farms, article 13 on disease monitoring of bovine animals that have been slaughtered, that has died or been killed in a slaughterhouse or that has died during the transport related to slaughter and in article 14 on the responsibility for the costs inherent to measures prescribed under the principal Decree.
