Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry to amend the Decree on Plant Health (No. 1 of 2010).

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry amends the Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry on Plant Health in article 8 on the marking of wood packaging for sawn timber and in article 9 specifying criteria for the authorization to use a marking on wood packaging for sawn timber in accordance with Schedule X. The Decree also amends Part B of Schedule 2 listing pests the importation and spreading shall be prohibited in certain protected zones and Schedule 10 on marking of wood packaging pursuant international standards for plant protection (guidelines for regulating wood packaging material in international trade).
