Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry to amend the Decree on trade in seed of fibre and oleaginous plants (No. 28 of 2003).

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry amends Decree on trade in seed of fibre and oleaginous plants in article 3 on a licence required under section 11 of the Seed Trade Act for the packing of seeds, article 6 on requirements for the certification of seeds, article 7 on controls of certified seeds, article 9 on requirements for the placing on the market of certified seeds and article 10 on exemptions from requirements as laid down by articles 6 and 9. The Decree also amends Schedule 2 (on quality requirements of seed) and Schedules 4 and 5 on guarantee certificates.
