Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry to amend the Decree on trade in seed of fibre and oleaginous plants (No. 6 of 2004).

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry amends the Decree on trade in seed of fibre and oleaginous plants in article 2 on definitions, in article 10 concerning the exemptions that may be granted on the rules as laid down in articles 6 and 9 on varieties to be certified and marketing of them and in article 12 labelling of certified seed and non variety-designated commercial seed. It also amends Schedules 1, 2 and 4 of the principal Decree. Those Schedules concern quality requirements of seeds respectively a guarantee certificate that a seed supplier must provide.
