Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry to amend the Decree on trade in seed of vegetable varieties (No. 58 of 2006).

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry amends, for purposes of implementing provisions of Council Directive 2002/55/EC on the marketing of vegetable seed, the Decree on trade in seed of vegetable varieties: in article 5 on the obligation of persons that handle seeds to keep a register on seed trade in accordance with section 13 of the Act; and in article 6 on the certification of seeds.
