Abstract
This Decree amends the Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry on basic and additional measures related to environmental support and environmental special support to agriculture in provisions relating to, among other things: use of fertilizers near waters; management of nutrient balance; accurate nitrogen fertilization of agricultural crops; establishment and maintenance of protection zones; land cover and reduced farming in winter; combating of pests; and application of manure during the growing season.
