Abstract
This Decree sets out, for purposes of the Act relative to the carrying into effect of the common agricultural policy of the European Community and other specified legislations general and specific requirements for agricultural activities in relation with financial support received for such activities. The requirements concern, among other things: planning and monitoring of environmental protection in connection with cultivation; structuring and maintenance of arable land; fertilization of crops and garden plants; structuring and maintenance of field borders and filter strips; preservation of biodiversity and landscape garden plants; cultivation of crops and garden plants; water management and creation of protection zones; organic production; management of traditional biotypes; and livestock keeping.
