Abstract
This Decree amends the Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry on basic and additional measures related to environmental support and environmental special support to agriculture in provisions concerning: planned crop rotation for arable parcels on a farm eligible for environmental aid; the action plan for nutrient balance for cultivated land and other measures a farmer must take to ensure balanced fertilizing; management of controlled runoff of excess water on land (drainage); and other methods of farming that take into account considerations of environmental protection.
