Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry on the approval of aquaculture facilities and on animal health requirements for the movement of aquatic animals within the country (No. 320 of 2021).

The present Decree, adopted by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, contains provisions regarding: a) Risk assessment and maximum allowable quantities of aquaculture animals intended for use as food when applying the exemptions concerning the approval of aquaculture facilities as specified in Section 43(2) of the Animal Diseases Act (76/2021); b) Exemptions from the requirements concerning animal health certificates for the movement of aquatic animals within the country; c) Disease prevention measures for the movement of wild aquatic animals from one habitat to another.
