Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry on the exercise and supervision of activities regarding fertilizer products (No. 11 of 2012).

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry implements Regulation (EC) No. 2003/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council relating to fertilizer and provides for the control on the manufacture, technical processing, placing on the market, importing and storing of fertilizer products. Operators shall notify their activities to the Food Safety Agency and shall keep a register in accordance with section 12 of the Fertilizer Product Act. The Decree also, among other things, provides for approval of establishments where above-listed activities are carried out, provide for internal control and the approval of control laboratories and provide rules for the trade in fertilizer products within the European Community.
