Abstract
The present Decree, of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, contains in its Annex the list of permitted trade names for fisheries and aquaculture products and their scientific names referred to in Article 37.1 of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) No 1379/2013 on the Common Market Organization for Fishery and Aquaculture Products. Anyone in Finland who wishes to market fisheries and aquaculture products not in the list must apply to the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry for an amendment to the list.
