Abstract

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry concerns the production and marketing of potatoes cultivated in an area established by the Act on the requirements for potato cultivation in the sector of production of high quality seed potatoes. In the area of production may be marketed only seed potatoes that meet the quality requirements of the European Community grades of basic seed potatoes (EC1, EC2 or EC3). The Decree sets out other quality requirements for the production of seed potatoes.
