Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, made under section 5a of the Seed Trade Act, provides rules for the organization and functioning of the Plant Varieties Board. The Rules concern the composition of the Board and qualifications of its members, decision-making and quorum, and meetings of the Board.
