Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry on the plant variety list (No. 388 of 2020).

The present Decree contains provisions for the approval of varieties intended for the production of agricultural and horticultural plants, including cereal, forage, and fodder crops, beets, oilseed crops, fiber crops, potatoes, as well as vegetables, for inclusion in the plant variety list, the conditions for approval, and the procedures to be followed. It also includes provisions regarding the information to be published in the plant variety list and the maintenance of varieties. Annex 1 lists the plant species for which varieties are included in the national plant variety list. For vegetables, inclusion of the variety in the European Union's (EU) common catalogue of varieties corresponds to inclusion in the national plant variety list.
