Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry on the catalogue of plant varieties (No. 51 of 2004).

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry concerns the approval of for inclusion in a catalogue of varieties of varieties of cereals, feed and forage crops, beet, oil and fibre, potatoes, and vegetable plants intended for agricultural or horticultural production. It also concerns the maintenance of the list. The Decree provides rules relative to testing of varieties on distinctness, stability and uniformity, examination of varietal characteristics and the cultivation values of the proposed variety, conditions for approval, procedures for application and approval, publication of the List of Plant Varieties, notifications under the EEA Agreement, protection of approved varieties and cancellation from the list.
