Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry relative to control of fertilising products (No. 47 of 1994).

These Regulations relate to soil improvement substances, substratum, nitrogen bacteria preparations, compost, and other fertilizing substances as defined in section 2 of the Act. An enterprise involved in production shall report in acoordance with section 14 of the fertilizing Substances Act on starting up, termination or modification of production of products concerned. The producer shall also keep books in accordance with section 3 and section 15 of the Act. Section 4 deals with testing and analysis of products concerned. Annex 2 specifies methods for testing and analysis. (6 sections and 2 Annexes)
