Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry relative to restrictions of trawl fishing for sprat and herring in 2013 (No. 830 of 2013).

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry provides rules for the fishing for sprat and herring pursuant to sections 2 and 10 of the Act the enforcement of European Community Common Fisheries Policy. The rules shall be applicable to trawl fisheries for herring and sprat in ICES Subareas 22-28 and 29 south of latitude south of 59° N in the central Baltic, in specified areas of the Northern Baltic Sea and in the Botnic Gulf by fishing vessels registered in Finland. The rules concern catch quotas and fishing seasons.
