Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry provides for the suspension, pursuant to sections 2 and 10 of the Act the enforcement of European Community Common Fisheries Policy, of trawl fisheries for sprat and herring in ICES subdivision 29 in the area between latitudes 59° 50'N and 60° 30'N and in the Gulf of Finland in ICES subdivision 32 inside the baseline by fishing vessels registered in Finland.

This Regulation repeals comma 2 of article 1 of the Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry on the trawl fishery for sprat and herring in the Baltic Sea's central basin, the northern Baltic Sea and the Gulf of Finland in 2012 (1378/2011).
