Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry relative to suspension of fishing for sprat and herring by Finnish vessels outside the baselines of Finland (No. 157 of 2012).

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry provides for the suspension, pursuant to sections 2 and 10 of Act relative to the carrying into effect of the common fisheries policy of the European Community, of trawl fisheries for sprat and herring by Finnish fishing vessels in ICES subdivision 32 outside the baselines of Finland. The reason for suspension is the reaching of the total allowable catch quoat as indicated by the Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry relative to trawl fishery for sprat and herring in the Baltic Sea's central basin, the northern Baltic Sea and the Gulf of Finland in 2012.
