Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry applies to milk, milk products and by-products resulting from the processing of milk, which will be used in the feeding of animals that are used in food production. It does not apply to the use of milk and products derived from milk at the farm of origin, provided that the milk has not at any stage have been sent away from the farm of origin. Control at all stages shall be carried out by the Food Safety Authority. Reference is made to Chapter V of Annex VII to Regulation (EC) No 1774/2002 laying down health rules concerning animal by-products not intended for human consumption.
