Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, based on paragraph 2 of section 4 of the Law on Plant Protection Products provides rules relative to aerial spraying of plant protection products. It sets out the conditions that shall be observed for such spraying and requires spraying to be notified in advance. Spraying shall take place at least 400 meters from the nearest inhabited building and at least 100 meters from rivers, water cisterns, water supply areas and protection areas as defined in the Nature Conservation Act (1096/1996).
