Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, based on paragraph 3 of section 8 of the Law on Plant Protection Products, lays down in its Schedule a training programme for the correct and safe handling and use of plant protection products referred to in section 8 of the Act. The training will refer to the main points concerning a user of plant protection products in national legislation on plant protection and use of plant protection products, European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market and legislation on classification and labelling of chemicals and safe handling of chemicals.
