Abstract
The present Decree provides for voluntary health monitoring according to 12 of the Animal Diseases Act (76/2021) for the surveillance of bacterial kidney disease in fish (BKD), as well as maedi-visna and caprine arthritis-encephalitis (CAE). It also establishes further provisions regarding the obligations, prohibitions, conditions, and restrictions included in health monitoring; how facilities should be health classified in accordance with 12 of the Animal Diseases Act; and the content of the notifications referred to in 13 of the Animal Diseases Act.
