Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and forestry on wild oats in seed production (No. 276 of 2021).

The present Decree, of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, applies to seed production of forage and fodder plants, oil and fiber crops, cereals, vegetables, and beet seeds, as well as to seed production of landraces of cereals and forage and fodder plants. Seed production is not approved on seed production farms where wild oats are present, with the exceptions contained in this Decree.
