Abstract
The present Decree of the Ministry of the Environment lays down requirements for certain plastic products that are necessary for the implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/904 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the reduction of the impact of certain plastic products on the environment. The Decree prohibits the following products to be placed on the market: 1) products containing oxo-degradable plastic, and 2) disposable plastic products as referred to in Annex 1 to this Decree. Annex 2 contains a list of products that are subject to the labeling requirements laid down in section 4 of the present Decree.
