Abstract
This Decree amends the Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry on organic production and labelling and supervision of organic products in provisions concerning: the use of propagating material that is not organically produced; investigation of permits granted; tethering of cattle in small apartments; beekeeping; emergencies; supervision of organically produced agricultural products; follow-up of the control system and training; inspections; and transitional measures regarding permits for livestock. It also replaces Schedule 2, which specifies code numbers for supervisory authorities.
